Commonwealth Firearms Training in Woodbridge is a veteran-owned safety training business providing NRA firearms instruction, Virginia concealed carry certification, and beginner-friendly coaching. Every class is taught by an NRA Certified Instructor and Chief Range Safety Officer with U.S. infantry expert marksmanship, competition history, and a college education in teaching. Students learn in small groups or one-on-one, with classroom time followed by supervised range practice that turns clear explanations into safe, confident gun handling.

Values Guiding Every Class

Our teaching style is calm, patient, and focused on real life, not bravado. Safety comes first, followed closely by respect for every student who walks through the door. We keep classes small, explain every step in plain language, and invite questions at any point. There are no drill instructors or rookie hazing, only steady coaching that helps beginners, families, and experienced shooters build stronger safety habits and clear decision-making.
